The precision classification of the guide shaft:
The guide axes are mainly divided into two categories according to their accuracy: ordinary level and precision level:
The difference between the normal grade and the precision grade is the difference in the perpendicularity of the thread and the end face and the reference plane; the processing equipment and the measuring equipment are different. The use of the guide shaft classification:

The linear guide shaft and the linear bearing are used to form a linear motion mechanism. When used in conjunction with a linear bearing, the heat treatment guide shaft with g6, h8, and h5 tolerances can be used. An unheated guide shaft with f8 tolerance can be used with oil-free bushings.
